How to Throw

A Toe Tappin’

Tequila & Tapas Party

Featuring local Celebrity Chef Joanne Weir

Joanne Weir        tequila cover

Join us in welcoming local chef Joanne Weir (James Beard Award-winning cookbook author, cooking teacher, and host of PBS television series "Joanne Weir's Cooking Class") as she teaches us how to cook (and we get to eat!) a number of recipes from her book all about TEQUILA. Joanne will be joined by local bartenders featured in the book, Ronaldo Colli (Bar Americano) and H. Joseph Ehrmann (Elixir), as they teach and pour for us a few tasty tequila cocktails. You’ll leave with a smile and a signed copy of the book, ready to throw a great party!

Featured dishes include:

  • Chorizo Handpies
  • Guacamole Soup
  • Smoked Trout and Tequila Quesadillas with Summer Tomato Salsa
  • Bay Scallop Ceviche.
  • Plus a few tasty tequila cocktails!

Wednesday, June 8th, 7pm to 9pm

Tickets ($75) at http://tequilaparty.eventbright.com
